About Me

The humble begginings of JagerMonster took place in late August of 2004 in the heart of Novato at Novato Highschool with local bassist, Chris "Slimey Carlin, and guitarist, Tyler "Scott" Williams. In time the two musicians took on second guitarist Jeff "Tweek" Miller and the trio began to mold their musical sound into rough Judas Priest, Slayer and random guitar soloing in Chris' garage. Then in early 2005 the three recruited recently self taught drummer, Robert "Butt(on)" Cunningham for a show at Druids Hall, but intended only to have him for the one show. Yet as the four spent their time practicing occasionally in Roberts garage, time grew closer for the big day. So in prepeartion for they decided to do a massive GWAR tribute set with some of their own material. Then the night of the first show. Everything went spectaculer for the band and word of their rise spread like wildfire. However, after the show the group would not have practiced until about a month later for their second and even better "Top of the Hill Show" where they unleashed pure mayhem and built upon it a stronger fan base. In time they went on to playing Battle of the Bands in Downtown Novato, then up to the Phoenix Theatre where soon thereafter they recorded their first EP at Grizzly Studios in Petaluma, which too went tremendously well. And all after that is soon to be history...
