For every action is a reaction, your only human. What you focus on really does expand.You can never give what you dont have and those who surround you should provide a strength. Never give of yourself what you cant afford to loose being in any which way.ANGER is the most impotent of passions it effects nothing it goes about and only hurts the one who is possessed by it more then the one against whom it is directed.Hurt people (act) angry, too many past corrupt life events again, can't give. The quality of man is one who does for others that can do him no good with words best shown thru actions. Eliminate your stress. Kindness shouldnt be taken as a weakness.
