About Me

Premade LayoutsHello my name is Sue :) I work full-time for Whirlpool and I am a senior at UMUC studying Psychology and Business Administration (also full-time). I live with my fiancé and his daughter, who are truly the light in my life! We met online five years ago in a "spiritual discussion forum" and the relationship evolved from there. I was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, and have resided in Tennessee, Maryland, and Germany (for nine years). I have traveled all over Europe (and several states) and hope to do more traveling in the future. I really love the outdoors and meeting new people. I do some volunteer work on the side through the United Nations. The most recent work involved two projects for sustainable development. One involved editing and summarizing a document for Green Tour BH (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on strategic orientation, the other involved data analysis for UN Global Compact, in which I reviewed communication on progress reports for corporate social responsibility (It was interesting to see what corporations around the world are doing for sustainable development). Within a year I will be working on my master’s degree in Technology Management with a specialization in Distance Education. In my free time I host a "mutual interest study group" through the A.R.E. that meets at my home monthly to discuss spiritual/wellness topics. I am also learning Spanish! Besides that I usually find something to do outside (I love to skate, take nature walks, and visit the zoo. I also frequent museums, comedy clubs, and historical sites) or enjoy an evening with friends. Recently I joined the Toledo Ghost Hunter Society and I am really looking forward to conducting investigations in the northwest Ohio region.

I'd like to meet:

People who are interesting, spiritual, have a love for travel, animals, children, and nature. Folks who are easy going, creative, open-minded, and genuine. Old friends. Children International sponsers. Anyone with an interest in spiritual topics and the A.R.E. (The Association for Research and Enlightenment). Anyone who is interested in joining a "mutual interest study group" through the A.R.E. in the Fremont area that meets at my home one Sunday each month. We discuss spiritual/wellness topics of popular interest. We occasionally meet for "field trips" to different locations as well. For the month of April we will meet to discuss health and healing (part II). If you are interested, please drop me a line so we can make arrangements for you to join us!
