About Me

Here's how my life started. I woke up one day and I was here. That's really all I remember. I am uncomfortable when I'm alone or with others. I've only met a couple of other people that I think are like me. Even then, I think they're just pretending. I love being with friends that are on my wavelength, but a little of me goes a long way. This will explain everything about me. I was born on the cusp between Taurus and Gemini. That's right...twice the bull.
I was in radio for 30 years. I worked at WNEX in 1970 when the Allman Brothers were becoming popular. Most of the Capricorn artists I've met don't ever remember having met me. I've met Gregg for the first time about four times. Now I just say, "It's a pleasure meeting you" and not try to explain.
I also did mornings at WMAZ FM-99 which later became 99WAYS. It is always nice to hear people speak kindly of the days when the station was Top 40. We had a great time and broke lots of ground.
I have a web site that's now bigger than my current town.
I'm proud of being born in New York, although I'm a southern boy through and through.
