I believe in taking care of myself, a balanced diet, and a vigorous exercise routine. I workout at least 9 times each week for about 2 hours each workout --- On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I spend 2 and a half hours rowing in the afternoon. On Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays I spend 2 hours rowing in the mornings. I also lift in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays for about an hour and a half and I play water polo on Sunday nights for 2 hours. I've recently started taking creatine powder. This gives me a more defined muscle while also giving me greater strength. In the shower, I have a Jonathon water filtration system, which removes harmful chemicals that would damage my skin and hair. I also use Jonathon's moisturizing shampoo and conditioner along with an antibacterial soap, usually Dial, and if I'm going out I'll use Jonathon's serious volume shampoo, to give my hair that extra something. Once I've dried off, I'll apply both a leave-in conditioner and the product 'dirt' also by Jonathon to my hair. I also apply a moisturizer to my body and face to keep my skin smooth and looking its very best. I dislike body hair, so I shave my body using the Gillette Fusion Power razor. On my legs, I use a Neutrogena antibacterial body wash and on my face I use Gillette's sensitive skin shaving gel. When I go out, which I do quite often, I like to drink scotch on the rocks, J&B or Johnny Black, or Vodka on the rocks, Ketel One or Stoli, but I will drink other things. Now if I'm at a club, I will usually just drink bottled water, because I'm busy on other things and enjoying the trance or house music and taking in the spectacular lighting, but I'll still have a scotch or two. Before going out I usually put on Polo Blue Cologne and Deodorant. By having matching cologne and deodorant, I avoid the interaction of opposing scents. I like clothes. Calvin Klein is a personal favorite of mine, especially in underwear --- I like a trunk, but with lycra, not 100% cotton, because it stays fitted to your body and is generally more appealing. I prefer a fashion jean, something more fitted, tighter but not to tight. A suit is always a safe, and yet repsectable choice, I prefer pinstripes. I'm especially fond of pants. You can never go wrong with a bold pant. Pink, green, patchwork, madras, embroidered, I enjoy them all. Armani Exchange and Banana Republic are favorites of mine if I'm going out at night. And polos by Ralph Lauren are great for everyday.
