I want to learn to dance (all kinds, but especially slow). I like camping, fishing, the beach (especially in winter). I'd like to watch bull riding from a ringside seat, go to a live football and/or baseball game, see a car race from down in the pit area; in essence, I want to learn to enjoy new things and experience life as it was meant to be: EXCITING AND WONDERFUL!!!As I get more and more into my new life, I find things that I thought were hidden. Some more of my interests that were dormant for a while are singing (alone, with friends, or on stage), theatre work (mostly behind the scenes, at least when I first start getting into it), walking (as I build up my physical stamina, I find myself missing the miles I used to walk); I'm sure as my "new" life unfolds, I will discover (or rediscover) many more things that will bring me pleasure and make my life worth living, rather than just existing.

I'd like to meet:
People from all walks of life. After having been married for so long, I realized that I was not meeting anyone new - I knew the same folks for all those years. They are beautiful people, and I don't know what I'd do if they weren't in my life (especially my former husband, Chet), but I am ready to expand my circle of friends, and hopefully, we can all come together and learn from one another.
As far as personal relationships go, I don't think I'm ready for that just yet. However, when I am, and that person comes into my life, I will know it. I believe in romance, and I believe in real Love. I've had romance, and I've had real Love. Unfortunately, they weren't from the same person at the same time, and that is what I am expecting next time around. I want someone who is as enamored by me as I am by them. I want someone who is just as eager to rub my feet and make me a drink and a hot bath as I am to do the same for them.
I want someone that has a lot in common with me, and who has the same passions that I do. However, I want to bring different interests to the relationship, and I expect the same from the person I'm with. I want to be able to share a dream or two, yet be able to pursue other things on my own, and I want this person to be able to do the same.
I believe in soul mates, and I believe there can be more than one for each person. I believe soul mates can be friends, as well as lovers. When Spirit is ready for us to meet, we will know it, together. Until then, know that life is for living, and Love is for all to enjoy, in so many ways. Passion can be found in music, food, friends, and life itself!!!!!
