Rochelle’s true passion for music has always been a driving force in her life. Born in 1982, in the U.K, Rochelle’s formative years were spent in Southern California; this is reflected in not only her musical tastes but also in her song writing.Following the best part of a decade touring the US, UK and mainland Europe, Rochelle teamed up with professional producer and song writer Dave Rich in the summer of 2006. Spending long nights at Livid Studios in Devon, Rochelle wrote, co-wrote and co-produced her debut album ’Open’.Rochelle has been interviewed and recorded live tracks as requested by Dave White for BBC Radio Cornwall, South Hams (Rob Wheeler) has been playing and supporting tracks from the album and in the South East, Rochelle featured on an hour long interview with Mark Watkins @ the Reading University station Blast 1386. BBC Radio Berkshire featured Rochelle’s single ‘A better life’ as the number choice as voted for by listeners and judges on the Demo Panel, beating signed and other local talent. Rochelle has also recently featured in The Reading Evening Post with more publications set to follow!‘OPEN’, has been an instant hit with everyone that has brought it and has attracted the interest of singer/song-writers, musicians and music producers such as Yeod Nervo (Jem, producer), Mike Leone (Zero7, producer).
