Hey guys and gals! My name is TJ & thanks for visiting my page.I've been writing for and playing with Sydney band DESTONIA for 6 years - Look out for DESTONIA http://www.myspace.com/destoniatheband! We rock the venues in Sydney so keep an eye out but since moving to perth to study at the WA Academy of Performing Arts I have begun to focus on solo acoustic/blues/funk and loving it!The course is demanding but I steal time to record raw acoustic tracks in the dark studios of WAAPA. These are simple, fun and intimate records of the songs I write. The album "Fun in the Dark" is available now!!I perform in an acoustic duo with good friend Ashley Morse - with melodic and harmony based music that has been compared to that of Simon & Garfunkle! In Perth I play in a Funky Jazz Trio that has played at various venues. It's an impro based band which heats up the dance floor very quickly so keep your antennae out for DESTONIA, the Funky Jazz Trio, Duo or Solo shows if you're ever in Sydney or W.A. and make sure you say g'day!!
