An artist’s real quality is not his name, or status, or quotation, but his nature, his own identity and what he represents through his creations. To adhere to Lys’Art’s philosophy, it is important to understand this point of view. You are an artist, cartoonist, painter, graphic artist, sculptor, tattoer, glass-blower or maybe a lyricist, singer, writer, musician, photographer, hairdresser or other designer and you look for a way to become known and to promote your art. Not an easy thing in our current society where money calls for money and art has become a way of speculating. How to become known without having your name diffused by the media and without disposing of a big fortune?
Some contemporary artistic works are either ignored or forgotten, neither because they do not present any interest nor because they are trivial, but simply due to our believes and unconscious ignorance with respect to our choices and liberty of expression and emancipation.
Are we simply stereotypes of one another, influenced and doomed to follow fashions dictated by the media?
