I would really like to meet some new friends to hang out with, reconnect with old friends that I have lost contact with and if I met someone really special that would be cool too. I am a hopeless romantic, who despite only having been in love once, is optimistic that it can happen again, especially to me, lol
I am a voracious reader who will devour just about any book in front of me. I try to avoid bookstores because I may spend all my money there, lol. I read a lot of fiction.Some of my favorite books are Beloved, Paradise, The Art of Seduction, The Art of War, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Gone With the Wind, Catcher in The Rye, The Sound and the Fury, Bullwhip Days, Atlas Shrugged, 1984, The Handmaid's Tale, The Age of Reason, Lord of the Flies,Jane Auel, and Animal Farm.I also have a love affair with Poetry. I love to listen to someone with a nice voice read poetry to me. If you are going to read poetry, dont bother unless you can hear it out loud.
