Having grown up around a stunning lake a lot of time was spent getting away from it all and dreaming constantly. Like the surroundings the music is quite dreamy but often carries a raw electronic edge.
Jister likes the dark element to all music no matter what the genre. These dark tones are the bones of his music
Bringing dark music to the stage requires the right audience who are expecting it. Dark gigs are rare as the masses seem to want happy sounds even though they are happy enough already.
So far chosen gigs have been in the smaller intimate venues where the regulars have a genuine appreciation of alternative music styles. Jister has supported Kasabian and Dreadzone also when they came to town.
