The bail bond contract, as it applies to Bail Enforcement Agents, is also explained. In reality, the defendant agrees to being apprehended when he or she signs the bail bond contract. How to find the skip (failure to appear) and the procedure for making the arrest. This includes the procedures for working with the local police department and how to obtain their support.
