Welcome to FizzboxFizzbox takes the back room of We Get Kicks at Birmingham Barfly on a fortnightly basis, and turns it into a room of electronic delight that offers you the chance to check out something different.
Fizzbox isnt about playing the same records month after month. It is forward thinking and pushing new music to people that want to hear fresh tunes. It is about taking peoples music taste, background, tunnel vision, throwing it out of the window.
If it has a groove and a hook we will play it. We are Shepards and not sheep, we want to break the mould of Birmingham club nights and offer the music that others djs want to play but dont think you are ready for yet.
We say its up to you to make your mind up and not to be held back by djs that are affraid of there own record collection. Its time for change...
