First, I am a follower of Jesus Christ! Nothing in life is more important than that! Second, I am a husband of more than 31 years, a father and now, Praise God, a grandfather!!! My wife,Karen, and I were high school sweethearts (still are) and got married two weeks after we graduated. Three years later God blessed us with our wonderful son, Jesse Adam! Our greatest accomplishment in life is having a son who loves God and seeks His guidance in all things. Jesse married his high school sweetheart, Phyllis, and now we have been blessed again with their beautiful daughter, Jadyn Elise!!! Jadyn is three now and growing up fast. I don't feel old enough to be a grandfather, but when she says, "I love you paw paw", my heart melts and nothing else matters! Thank you Lord!!!I have been a Law Enforcement Officer for about 15 years now and I am blessed to be able to "Protect and Serve". I can't believe they pay us to do this job!!! In my Law Enforcement career I have been a Town Marshal, Patrol Officer, DARE Officer, Drug Task Force Agent, Wildlife Officer (Game Warden) and now Police Chief of my home town. I also just recently completed a six month course through the University of Arkansas' Criminal Justice Institute and am now a State Certified "Crime Scene Investigator" (C.S.I.)When you look forward to going to work every day, I guess you can say you love your job! I do!!!I am a retired volunteer Firefighter (22 years). My wife and I have been Foster Parents to about 30 children over the past 20 years. I find the greatest joy in life is helping those in need! I hope to always be able to do so!My hobbies include hunting, fishing, reading, writing (songs,poetry,short stories), photography, land development and spending time with my family and friends! (Don't get to do the last one enough!!!)
