Hello everyone! My first novel "The Opium Connection" is finally available for sale. PLEASE find it in your hearts to support it and pick up a copy! If you like it, tell a friend. If you don't, well, keep it to yourself ;)
For those of you who don't know, I am a writer/director out of New York. My work has primarily been in the world of Sci Fi/Fantasy/Horror and that's just how I like it.
Melissa Rubin, my partner in crime, are forming our own production company "Trouble in a Box, corp" We will be having a party when its official in a few months. The flagship project under this new banner is a heavy fantasy feature film tentativly entitled "Sara"The following are the first two episodes of a Fearwerx production I wrote and directed called "War of the Dead: ZERO" We were featured in Fangoria magazine (Had our own page) as well as may other articles. The first episode premiered at the I-con convention and the second premiered at Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors. THe following video was taken from the Q&A session that followed the airing of the second. Unfortunatly I was unable to attend - but they were kind enough to give me a slight tribute -

The following is a short film I did with the producer of ZERO Melissa Rubin. I had the pleasure of working with Keith Herron (The Detective) recently in "Paul Cooper's Agency for Digital Talent" along with some ZERO Cast and my dear friend Allen Row Kelly. I'll post that when it's done. Enjoy:

This is a music video I did a while back in Boston for a band called "Diekotic" It was a live shoot at Locobazooka. I directed and edited it and it was shot by Ryan Penny. Sean Cuthbert (Lead Singer) has since moved on to a new band called "The Resurrection"

My Interests

Writing, art, museums, movies, writing.... I'm a pretty boring individual.

I'd like to meet:

I had nothing to do with this vidoe but its one of my favorite bands "The Haunted" More people should know about them.

This is one of the best MMA fights ever. Perhaps its not the most technical but the heart of both of them is amazing. I always root for Forrest Griffin. He's the black with blue stripes

Music:

Tool, Mudvayne, Slipknot (Select albums), Flyleaf,Perfect Circle, Queen, Trivium, most classical music (especially when they use real cannons), Breaking Benjamin, Underoath (Define the great line), Snot, Project 86, etc....

Movies:

The Professional, Equilibrium, Old School, Wedding Crashers, Snatch, Bad Santa, Brother, Hellboy, Jurassic Park, Anchorman, Spiderman, Hellraiser, A Nightmare on Else Street, Zombie, Sean of the Dead, The Audition, Boondock Saints, Fifth Element, Pan's Labyrinth, Sin City, All the Saw movies, Anything Tim Burton, Anything Luc Beson many many more.

Television:

Law and Order (All three versions), Family Guy, The Shield, COSBY SHOW IS THE BEST SHOW EVER!

Books:

Old Man's War, Shadowkiller, Anything by Richard Matheson (Almost), I still love Jurassic Park, Stephen King, Poe (and not for arogant artsy reasons)

Heroes:

Depends on what you mean by hero.
