About Me

Quiet, very quiet. Laid back, honest, down to earth and fairly punctual. Calm and collected, usually. An open-minded fence-sitter, this often leads to procrastination. I can't imagine life without music, that's a big part of why I'm here, I just keep on discovering and rediscovering stuff all the time. I ride a motorcycle but I'm not really a 'biker', it's just cheap transport. Hmmm......

I re-edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

My Interests

Music, photography, people watching, interior design (decorating), pondering the nature of the universe/existence and all that, tinkering with things, films/cinema, concerts/festivals..

I'd like to meet:

People that I like.

Music:

I'll listen to almost anything if I'm in the right mood for it, except for most jazz and opera. From Abba to ZZTop.Favourites include: P.J.Harvey, Garbage, Goldfrapp, Underworld, Faithless, Feeder, Nick Cave, Transvision Vamp, The Buzzcocks, the Ruts, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Leftfield, Massive Attack. A nice bit of house/electronic, dubbed up reggae etc, etc...

Movies:

Bladerunner, Sleepy Hollow (and any others by Tim Burton), Kill Bill (and any others by Quentin Tarantino), Old black and white stuff like Citizen Kane, 12 Angry Men etc. Gladiator, A Very Long Engagement. Oh Brother, Where Art Thou (and other Cohen Bros films), The Layer Cake, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Human Traffic, The Matrix trilogy, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Alien/s, Jaws, Enemy at the Gates, Sin City, etc. etc....

Television:

TV is pretty crap at the moment, but I do watch some. Lost, Without a Trace, The Simpsons, Invasion, Frasier, Friends, the odd film, documentary and natural history program. You can keep most of your reality TV, property and foodie programs, it's just too much of the same old thing.

Books:

Instruction manuals, the dictionary and the phone book. I'm not a keen reader and that's my loss I suspect.
