Modsnap was created in mid 2004 in a small back studio off Main street then shortly moved to a bigger studio on Grayson. That's when things really started to take off. With the help of local photographers and models, Modsnap was able to go online as a photo gallery with photos inspired by mod and 1960's culture. Since then, the group has grown into internet, television, film, and radio media. Such things include Modsnap.com, Modsnapmedia.com, Modsnap TV and shows KSYM 90.1 FM. In October 2005 the Modsnap store, Function Sq. opened near the San Antonio College campus. Things to look forward to in 2006 include the Terminal Fashion Show on June 1st at The Sanctuary, and a possible Braniff Airlines Documentary and print media. Modsnap Media is a conglomeration of photographers, fashion designers, models, actors, retro enthusiasts, and media influenced people working together to create classic modern sights and sounds with contemporary ideas and technology.
