Superkabote is a four piece Alternative Rock Group from Vallejo, California. SK Tracks are characterized by complicated arrangements, catchy hooks and songwriting style that relates to the masses. With influences ranging from Hiphop to Alternative Rock, Superkabote has a distinct sound that separates themselves from other bay area artists. Sticking to their main influences, the foursome creates a sound that is genuine, honest, unpretentious and original. The band has opened for numerous Philippine Based Artists on their Bay Area tour and has been featured in the finale episode of ABS-CBN’s Speak Out (2007) highlighting thier song "Three Stars and the Sun" which focuses on the struggle of the Filipino Immigrants and the Fil-Am Identity. The band is also featured in an upcoming Filipino American Compilation Album from Soulworks Records titled "Rock in the Box 2" which will be released late 2008. Picked from hundreds of entries, Superkabote represents the Northern California Fil-Am Music Scene.
The band regularly performs on various bay area gigs and are currently working on a full-length album poised for a 2009 Independent release.
