What I am looking for in a man.....I want a man who will play in the rain. I want a man who will smile when I revert to a two year old. He will dance with me. He will go for a walk in the woods with me . When I sing off key, he doesnt wrinkle up his nose, but joins in. I want a man who will cuddle on the couch and watch a sappy movie. I want a man who appreciates me opening the door for him, or a home cooked meal. He should understand that I'm allowed to have bad days, and he is too. I want him to give me a hug sometimes, just because.. I want a man who thinks its sweet that I watch him sleep. He should know that I need alone time occasionally. He should know that I am scared, and respect me for it. I want him to tell me what he wants, and listen to what I want too. I want him to accept me for who I am and appreciate our differences. He should know that im allowed to cry sometimes, and he is too. I want a man who is a man... I'm gay, not a queen. He should appreciate music. I could go on and on with qualities that i would like in a man....the list could never end. but, most importantly, i want a man who will strive to understand me, and love me even when we dont see eye to eye. I dont expect to find the *perfect guy*, there is no such thing. I just want someone whose sense of self awareness will allow them to trust me and grow with me as we learn from and about each other.
