This a poem my dad wrote for Me! :) *Ode to Amber*You're daddy's favorite baby in the whole wide world, You're prettier to daddy than a snow white pearl. You make daddy's world and make my heart come alive, 'Cause Jesus gave you to me to hold you warm, deep inside, And daddy loves you more than anything on Earth, You've been my morning star since the day of your birth. You're a big hunk of love that God gave me to hug, So I've written you this poem to make you feel snug. Now everywhere you go remember you're Daddy's girl and daddy will love you till the end of the world. When the angels come down to take me away, I'll say I can't leave Amber, so I have to stay. And no matter where I go, no matter what I do, I'll save all my love and give it only to you. And when you lie down to sleep, think only of this, and daddy will be there to give you a goodnight kiss. *Flower Girl* Davina is a flower that I lost for many years It filled my heart with sorrow and my eyes with many tears. The nights were dark and lonely, the days were cold with frost; I thought my heart had stopped inside from all the years we lost. I've missed her high-pitched laughter, her little running feet, Her little blonde curly locks that always looked so sweet. I dried her tears many times when her little feelings were hurt; She would climb and lay upon my chest and cry upon my shirt. She would run to me for shelter, when her brothers got too mean; I'd get a cloth and wash her when her little face needed cleaned.
