My name is Amanda. I live in Vegas with my boyfriend, Ian, of 5 years. I moved here from Michigan and can honestly say that I do indeed miss it sometimes! I work front office for a local pediatrician. There is never a dull day! I drive a Mercedes, but seriously no oohs and aahs quite yet. It's still kind of crappy looking, but we are working on fixing the cosmetic stuff now. So, it is getting there. Let's see, I'm 5'1" with dark brown hair that has a bit of red in the light. Books:

Anything written by Nicholas Sparks is gonna be good. Just have a box of tissues ready. I also read Atonement. I think the book was better than the movie. Don't get me wrong, the movie was still good. I just thought it was lacking some of the necessary details that were in the book. For me, I do judge a book by it's cover. If the cover doesn't draw me in, then I don't give it a second glance. If I kind of like the cover, then I'll read the back and glance at what else they've read. For the most part, I'm 75% sold by the cover, and then the back has to take me that extra little bit.
