PLATINUM PACKAGE
Full Service Event Planning Services ~ $2000 and up*
I can oversee every detail of the process from start to finish, including:
* Initial consultation to define your event needs and interests
* Budget planning and tracking
* Selecting and booking vendors and event locations
* Ongoing consultation and advice
* ongoing coordination of vendors
* Defining color scheme, theme, and favors
* Advice on etiquette and protocol, timeline
* Assisting with invitation design, printing and mailing and RSVP tracking
GOLD PACKAGE
Day of Event On-site Coordination ~ $750 and up*
If you need help only on the day of your event, I can help you:
* Organize and direct the event flow
* Help/coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up
* Coordinate and pay vendors
* Meet and greet guests
SILVER PACKAGE
Al a Carte Planning Services ~ $250 and up*
In addition to the packages listed, I also offer customized floral design, and invitations. These services can be purchased in addition to a package or as stand-alone items. I have access to top hair stylists, make-up artists, photographers, caterers, DJs, bands, and venues. I can help you with ANY portion of your special day.
