I am currently working as a music tutor after completing a DJ course at Creative Training in Liverpool, this involves teaching DJing and music production to 14 to 19 year olds. The job can be challenging but it does have its rewards, especially when students progress into the music industry. The rest of my time is divided between producing Funky/electro House music, DJing and playing in an indie/Blues Band (The Mandaeans).In 2003 I managed to take my passion for DJing to the next level by gaining residencies at various bars around Liverpool.In the summer of 2004 I was introduced to a club owner from Weymouth and was Booked to play at his club (Banus). After a successful night I was offered repeat bookings for the rest of the year, this gave me the opportunity to network with national and international DJs, such as Judge Jules, Howard Donald, Norman J, Brandon Block and DJ Rebekah to name but a few.The bookings followed in the summers of 2005, 2006 and 2007 and with the club adding a new room to extend there capacity the future looks promising for Banus Club.I am currently involved in production teams called Maskara and Staten island producing Funky/Electro house music, The first release from Maskara is called Disco Star, this has generated interest from local DJs and has regular air play by Radio City DJ Les Calvert on his Show (all funked up)If your interested in booking me you are always guaranteed 100% dedication and commitment.
