Are you the NEXT Miss Christian International for your age division?
The age divisions are:
4 to 8 years old - Princess
9 to 14 years old - Jr. Teen
15 to 17 years old - Teen
18 to 24 years old - Miss
18 to 50 years old - Ms.
(Ms.: For Christian women who are single mothers,divorced or widowed or aged out of Miss.)
18 to 50 years old - Mrs.
(Mrs.:For Christian women who are married ..)
The 2010 pageant will be held at the Caribe Hilton in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico on August 5-8,2009!
There are four areas of competition, each worth 25%!

Wardrobe requirements!
-Opening number- All contestants must wear a party/cocktail dress in any shade of purple, gold or white!
-Personal Introduction-You will be in your opening number outfit!
-Interview-Wear a suit,dress,pantsuit or something you would wear to church! Look ready for the JOB!
-Evening gown-A gown of your choice! We ask that it be age appropriate!
You are not judged on what you wear or how expensive it is but how confident you are in it!
Miss Christian Pageant is a subsidiary of Spiritual Healing Ministries whose goal is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Are you INTERESTED in being a titleholder?
If you live in the United States you must contact Miss Christian United States Pageants, where they can fully direct you on how to become a national titleholder!
If you reside,attend school in another country besides the US or your parents were born or you were born in that country then we ask that you check our website to learn how to apply for your country's MCI title! And then contact us by completing these steps

We ask that each young woman sends in each requirement(NO EXCEPTIONS)!
STEP 1: EMAIL us at [email protected] two recent photos (head shot and full length) as well as a letter stating, why you want to be a Christian International titleholder for your division! Parents may of course aid their daughter in the Princess division with her letter! Please make sure that your state does NOT have a director before applying! **PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!
STEP 2: TELEPHONE INTERVIEW! Please include your telephone number in STEP 1. If we do not have it, we will not be able to continue the process! You can expect a phone call within 10 business days of the completion of step 1.
STEP 3: Return the moral contract back to the pageant office with at least $100 to secure your spot, there is only 10 days from the interview to complete this step! You may send in more of the sponsor fee! The sponsor fee is $650! If you send in $250, you will be eligible to receive your crown and banner (if and only, when your letter of recommendation is received)! Also, you must send in a copy of your birth certificate; IF you are in the MRS division a copy of your marriage licence.
REMEMBER: THERE IS ONLY 10 DAYS TO FULFILL THIS STEP! OTHERWISE THE TITLE YOU WANT WILL BE RELEASED!
Once this is fulfilled you will be listed on the website as an official contestant!
Checklist for step 3:
-Moral contract
-At least $100
-Copy of your birth certificate
-Copy of marriage licence
STEP 4: Your sponsor fee must be paid in full by July 1st 2009! And you must have your letter of recommendation in by this date! It will only be accepted if written by your spiritual leader (Pastor,Priest,Deacon,Sunday School Teacher,Evangelist,etc)! Parent are allowed to write this letter ONLY if he/she is in the ministry! ONCE $250 is in you will receive your crown and banner!
ALL MONEY SENT IN IS NON REFUNDABLE!
Wondering about community service?
You may send in a teddy bear(s),the Holy Bible,children books,socks,clothes (cleaned),old cell phones,nonperishable goods to fulfill your community service competition.It is acceptable to only mail in at least one item to satisfy the community service requirement, however you may bring more gifts pageant weekend! This is highly encouraged!
Please note: The contestant will not be an official contestant until all of the above is submitted and approved!

All accepted contestants for the International Pageant will get a beautiful crown and banner that is personalized with their title chosen to represent. You can represent your heritage or church! For example, Princess Miss Italy Christian International or Jr Teen Miss First Baptist Christian International. ENTER EARLY, so that you can secure your title! (If you are accepted you will recieve more information!)

* Can I wear make-up?
Yes, just keep in consideration your age group!! Princess and Jr Teen should wear light make-up!
* Is there a swimsuit competition?
No there is not! However we still would like our girls to be physically fit.
* Do I have to have expensive clothes?
No! we do not judge you on your clothes. We judge your confidence in what you are wearing.
* Do I need prior pageant experience?
No you do not need any experience!
* What are the age divisions?

* How long does my letter have to be?
It can be no more than 700 words and no less than 100 words.
* Who is this pageant for?
This is a pageant for a Christian girl/woman, who are bright, friendly, sweet,beautiful on the inside and out, and healthy, so she can carry out her duties throughout the year.

* How much does it cost to participate?
$650. You do need to provide your own wardrobe, and all guest must purchase their tickets for the show. All contestants must raise $650 from supporters to help the ministry throughout the year!
