- Purchasing & Licensing Beats -
The beats on this site can be purchased on 3 levels: "Exclusive Rights," (starting at $200-$500) "Nonexclusive Rights/Lease," ($50 for any beat) and "Demo Rights/Mixtape/NonProfit Use" ($15 per beat). - Payment Process -
The payment process is simple: you select which track(s) you want, send me a mail (Name the email "PURCHASE". In the email include 1) your name, 2) your label or group, 3) City, State, Country, 4) the name of the beat, 5) the amount of cash you are offering). I will provide you your options & necessary information (also listed below) and we will negotiate a price. The next step is you transfer payment to me (Using Paypal.com) and I will send the track & contract back to you within 24 hours (mailing regular mail, it will take 3-7 business days to arrive. If youre in a hurry, I can also send you the beat by email with sendspace.com). If you purchase the exclusive or nonexclusive rights to a track, you have the option of having the beat "Tracked Out" on Data CD, which is detailed below.
- Purchasing & Licensing Options -
*Purchasing the exclusive licence (exclusive rights) to a beat makes you the sole owner of the right to use that beat. You are licensed to EXCLUSIVELY use the beat for any release (album, single, video, demo, etc) as many times as you want. Your purchase is authenticated by an Exclusive Rights contract granting you the aforementioned rights. Exclusive Rights range from $200-$500 per beat AND UP. Beats purchased exclusively are available in session form (tracked out into each individual component of the beat) to allow clients to have their songs professionally mixed. Of course, 2-track stereo mixes are available as well.
**NonExclusive Licensing permits you the same rights as Exclusive Licensing, except you are only able to use the beat until it is purchased exclusively (the status of the beats is current and listed on the website. any beat listed as "SOLD" has been exclusively licensed). NonExclusive Licensing is intended for people interested in using a beat commercially, but are not able to afford the exclusive rights. The price to NonExclusively License a beat is $50 per beat. Keep in mind that the beat may be purchased exclusively at any time. Clients purchasing NonExclusive rights have the option of session form and/or 2-track mix.
***Purchasing the right to use a beat on a noncommercial release (demo) is a demo license. Licensing a beat for a demo permits you to use the beat on projects that are NOT commercially released, a prime example being a demo. The right to license any one beat is $15. The beats will be delivered to clients in 2-track, high quality form (session files are not available for demo leases).
