I got rescued by Jennifer the day after First Friday this month (June). I've been trying really hard to learn some manners and things like sit and stay. I've got a long way to go but I'm getting a lot better though. My previous owner's let me get out and the ASPCA picked me up luckily before anything bad happened to me. They didn't try to find me before the ASPCA was ready to adopt me out, but I'm not mad. I've been getting used to living with Jennifer and she gives me cookies and chewies, so I can't really say it's a bad life. I also get to go with her anywhere she goes that I'm allowed to be. It's pretty nice when she's around lots of people for me to meet.
