About Me

We are currently training at the Jones Wrestling Center next to Cleveland High School at 850 Raider Drive in Cleveland, TN. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm.We are a jiu-jitsu academy dedicated to teaching the art of Jiu-jitsu. The club is open to to those who want to learn for self defense or physical fitness reasons and to those who want to compete. We have formed a competition team.We teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu under the direction of Helio Soneca. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a fundamental fighting style that is the basis for modern MMA or UFC style competitions.NEW SCHEDULE: Monday at 7:00 pm Kickboxing/wrestling with Joe D/open mat Tuesday at 7:00 pm Judo/BJJ with Leo - with uniform Thursday at 7:00 Brazilian jiu-jitsu - no gi Saturday - open mat at time to be announced (3:00 pm)
