ALL IN YOUR HEAD (AIYH) is a Houston Texas based Latin Fusion group Collectively, AIYH creates a heavily Latin, dynamic, and energetic sound that closely represents the diversity of the city it resides in. It’s a combination of Latin rhythm, indie guitar riffs, funk bass lines, out-of-this-world jazz sax melodies, and bilingual cumbia/hip-hop vocals.It’s an experience like no other, geared towards the cultural and social expansion of ones mind.AIYH is the voice of the Texan working class, but more specifically, the second and third generation Hispanics that now reside in the US. Its about those who grew up with cumbias, rancheras, and tejano music; but now listen to rock, hip-hop, and other Americanized genres.All In Your Head formed in the summer of 2004, and has evolved at a rapid rate. The group has opened up for international acts like Maldita Vecindad, Genetallica, Plastillina Mosh, Kinky, and Jumbo. The versatility of the sound captures even the most critical of ears. The love of Latin music isn’t necessary to enjoy the performance.
