Alessandro Del Vecchio Vocals, Keyboards Walter Caliaro Guitars Dimitri Oldani Bass Francesco Jovino DrumsWhen the band joined together in 2003, nobody imagined they would have gone this far; in three years so many things have made Edge Of Forever one of the biggest promises and certainties of the worlds Hard Rock scene. Their first record Feeding The Fire, released in 2004, gained the attention of all the AOR fans, thanks to the excellent production of Marcel Jacob (Talisman, Malmsteen), the backing vocals of Jeff Scott Soto (Queen, Talisman, Malmsteen), the wonderful voice of Bob Harris (Frank Zappa, Steve Vai, Axe), and thanks to the brilliant songs and the outstanding performance permeating the album from its first second to the last. The video shot for the first single Feeding The Fire was broadcasted from all the biggest worlds rock channels. The second album Let The Demon RocknRoll was hailed by the critics, reached the top album position in Japan on Burrn!, a real Heavy Metal bible, and gained excellent reviews from every part of the world, confirming the good work made on the first record. Let The Demon RocknRoll was produced by Bobby Barth (Axe, Blackfoot, Rose Tatoo) in the legendary NEH Studios in New Orleans in the summer of 2004, being this the first time an Italian band moves to the States to record an album. Edge Riley, Jr. (Frank Zappa, Axe) appears here as sound engineer, backing vocalist and joined producer. With Let the Demon the band developed a more personal and mature sound, giving birth to the natural follower of their debut album and laying the bases for the next studio recordings which will see a new line-up confirming the first two albums state of grace. The release of Let The Demon clashed with important changes within the band. After the replacement of Matteo Carnio and Christian Grillo with Walter Caliaro and Dimitri Oldani, Edge Of Forever decided to change its set up. After his contribution as lead singer with Ian Paice and Tony Franklin on the first Moonsonte Project record, Alessandro Del Vecchio became the lead singer of the band, as well as its keyboards player and main composer. All these changes led the band to go live on stage. The first challenge was Jeff Scott Soto's Italian tour, with Edge Of Forever as supporting act, gaining unanimous approval and taking on stage a united, solid, definitely rock band. In few months the band played gigs together with Uli Jon Roth Band, BrunoRock and many others. In the meanwhile Francesco Jovino keeps on playing with Udo Dirkschneider (Accept) in the band UDO as its official drummer, and appears on the new record Mission N°X and its world tour. The band is now working on the new record due in 2007band references: Bob Harris, MTM Major Music, Nippon Crown Records, Spiritual Beast Records, Jeff Scott Soto, Igor Gianola, Marcel Jacob, Bobby Barth, Edgar Jr. Riley, Alessandro Del Vecchio: Andre Matos, Ian Paice, Tony Franklin, Steve Walsh, Clive Bunker, Time Machine, Loredana Bertè, Scott Mcguill, Gianluca Ferro, Mantra, Wine Spirit, Gianluca Galli, Isa-Beau and many others.
