About Me

Hi, I'm Daiv. How are you? Thanks for dropping by - wipe your feet on the way in.
Primarily a clown, secondly a drummer, I have had the fortune over the years to have shared a stage with quite a few respected musos in the area, whether it be in a band, or at hazy Jam Nites across the city - especially the now defunct Jam Nite at the Fenny Stratford Bridge Inn. Much love and peace to all those I have performed with and who helped me along the way - too many to list but you know who you are.
For my own stuff, I play drums, guitar, a touch of programming/sequencing and even do some seriously bad singing when I have to and refuse to be pidgeon holed in some lame genre created for media manipulation.
When I'm not doing more serious musical stuff I like to chill out and mess with songs that are pretty cool and twist them into something completely different, and sometimes put them on here to hopefully give you something to scratch your head at and say "eh?".
More recently I have started messing with 'art/graphic' stuff, some of which will make it on here at some point.
On that subject, I have designed a series of images for Graphical Metal band Betrayal Of Innocence and can be seen at www.myspace.com/betrayalofinnocence. The band are also planning to cover Point Of Extinction, adding lyrics and changing the name to Book, Judgement, Scenario. You can hear a remix I did of their track 'Hollow' on their myspace page as well.
