Rock band Bobo formed in Bradford UK in 1982 when all members were still in their teens. The band only lasted a brief two years before disbanding when vocalist Vick Wright left to join Tokyo Blade, then later became the frontman in Johnny Crash with Guns n Roses members Matt Sorum and Dizzy Reed. JC recorded two albums for CBS and toured the US with Motley Crue and Bonham in the early 90's. Guitarist Tim Walker acheived modest success in Harlequyn and now runs Voltage Studios and Voltage Records in England and plays in techno-metal band Worm .
Vick now resides in LA and has just published his first novel 'South of the Pole'. Read the review in Big Cheese Magazine

Drummer Quintin Jamieson and bassist Chris Hannan continued in various bands before leaving the music scene a few years later.
Bobo recorded six songs over two demo sessions and made a promo video for two tracks. They played a mere 20-something gigs around the Bradford area, including supports with Grim Reaper, Baby Tuckoo, Excalibur and Spider, but their legacy in the great British NWOBHM movement is still relevant today. Listen to their songs and discover one of rock music's great lost gems.
