About Me

I'm a real live professional circus clown half the year, and actor, puppeteer and clown the other half. I get to play for a living.
From February through July, I tour with the Big Apple Circus, sharing the role of "Grandma the Clown" with her creator, International Clown Hall of Fame Inductee Barry Lubin. August through Januray I perform my own character on stage, at fairs and corporate events and elsewhere. I also work with the Big Apple Clown Care Program, visiting pediatric patients at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
I may also be found on the more traditional stage performing plays ranging from Shakespeare to children's theater. I have been commissioned to design, build and operate puppets for a variety of theaters and puppet companies.
I have performed around the US and in Scotland and Ethiopia.
There are days that it is good to be me.
Even a bad day at work is still a day at the circus.
