COP THE EXPRESS LANE VOL. 2 HERE

About Me

Been rhyming since 10. You didn't know me then. I'm from the Southside of the Chi. Been raised on almost every side. Maybe even lived by you once. I'm not doing nothing new. Just putting the same words spoken a trillion times before together in different combinations to explain how i see things. I Dropped a E.P. (my first time in a recording booth and first studio recorded effort) called "The Express Lane Vol. 1 Da Throwback (1978 To 1996)" with the homie DJ Case In 2005. It was DJ Case's first CD and mine too. It was also our first time working together, so as a tribute to my DJ and the fact that he was a old-school Dj at that we created "The Express Lane Vol. 1 Da Throwback (1978 To 1996)". Weird Ear Productions and Ob.Ok.?!! switched up their hard hitting styles and created a laid back, lyrical driven E.P. in tribute to times gone. I was really trying to show the Hip-Hoppers/Old-Schoolers know I had those senseabilities, even though I'm on some hood shit. Go to datpiff.com or follow this link (http://www.4shared.com/dir/6497679/468b55b6/sharing.html) to download it for free (when it's available at other sites, I'll tell you). ____________________________________________________________ ________________ (HINT: IF YOU DOWNLOADED THIS CD SNATCH ALBUM ART HERE)_______________________________________________________ _____________________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________Download Mixtape | Provided by DatPiff.com ____________________________________________________________ ________________ The Struggle (John 3:16) Finally shot the video for this in early '08 ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________________________ In late 2007 DJ Case and I created another one called "The Express Lane Vol.2 (Monty Burns Is So Gangsta)" out now. If you scroll down you can buy that. It's just the "The Express Lane Vol. 1" continued, in mixtape form. This time without beats from Weird Ear Productions (dopest beat maker smacking drum pads and synth keys), Ob.Ok.?!! and DJ Case run through the world of "The Simpsonsâ„¢". The idea came to me four years ago. i was watching the episode of the simpsons (it was a rerun) with monty burns singing about his animal skin clothing. When he got to the part about the grizzy bear underwear and rocking a gorilla vest, I looked at my mpc2000 xl and said I'ma sample him singing that and make a song with him saying that on the hook. Fast forward three years after "The Express Lane Vol. 1 : The Throwback E.P. (1978 To 1996)" and working on another project called "GTA Chicago: Windy City Blues" and I wanted something between the two projects. I wanted to do a mixtape but a mixtape that was different then any mixtape around. I remembered my idea about the monty burns song, but then it came to me that I could expand that and do a whole album with him. I could get his voice and talk back and forward with him (shout out to my engineer Sound Master T for taking the pro-tools files I brought to him and helping me put it together so nice). Got another one called "The 606FU Mixtape" coming out a couple of months after that. New CD "Grand Theft Auto Chicago: Windy Blues" coming in late '08. Features D-Milla, T.K.O., DJ Case, & Smoke Lord. Beats by Weird Ear Productions. I rhyme. You listen.
