blowing it up for reinvention

About Me

i'm curious. fascinated, intrigued, interested. empathic. if i'm not both sides, i'm nothing. i love the intangibles. i prefer the original question to the answer, the inception to the conclusion. yet i'll pine, analytically, until they rest together. i expect a lot from people. not more than we're capable, often more than what's willing. i believe in balance and all that it entails. i learn by experience. risk. thoughtfulness. historical noncommunicative behavior lends obsession. i love words. using them to the outer limits of their connotation. i love life. love it. and i am excited about dying. earth is a timely, energetically costly experiment. but i don't regret the decision. tink!

My Interests

the truth, beauty in all its fickle forms, freedom of fear, communication, words/language, okay- spiritual evolution. and rompish ways to enable these things.

I'd like to meet:

someone that has some answers! (grin)

Music:

love it.

Movies:

JESUS CAMP! frida. myth of fingerprints. waking the dead. heavenly creatures. pi. dancer in the dark. juniper tree. the priest. the sweet hereafter. coffee and cigarettes. waking life. dark days. city of god. julien donkeyboy. microcosmos. love liza. and then some.

Books:

okay, yea! i love to read: my wonderfully tattered unabridged dictionary (webster), confederacy of dunces (toole), running with scissors (burroughs), dying inside (silverberg) witching hour (rice), last chance to see (adams), anything by leon uris or carl sagan though i'm not sure i've ever finished a book by either one. linda goodman is insightful, the mother (vhekmehn), a face at the window (mcfarland), the leopard hat (steiker), the body artist (delillo), art and lies (winterson), "sleep tight, ya morons!" (salinger). i like reading books on theory: spiritual, religious, evolution, scientific, thought and thought transformation, etc...and i like to read them over a long period of time.

head exerpt

passively studying human behavior; interpreting subtleties as beacons, the obvious as crutches, the self a wardrobe, the essence, beautiful.

headspace

i like that love is less an emotion than an understanding. it's easy to love humans if you embrace what a dumbass you can be yourself. and it's easy to find humor in tragedy if you remember your les...
