About Me

I'm one of those people that at first glance you will think you have pegged. I am open and trusting and playful and because of that most people don't look deeper. I can't/won't do anything to change that.
On a lighter note: I have 2 kids. One's a 6 year old boy named Bryce. He's so fucking awesome and plays baseball like a champ! I have a 2 year old daughter named Mackenzie who's so beautiful. She's gonna be such a diva though, bless her heart.
Take a listen to my playlist:

I am a game developer for Wildfire Games , an indie PC game developer (working on the upcoming release: " 0 A.D. "). I run the Art Department as well as contribute to gameplay and public relations. It all sounds more technical than it really is. ;)
Check the rest of my profile and enjoy your stay!

My Interests

Making people laugh! Politics, History, Mountain biking (even though my bike has been *eh hem* misplaced), Gaming (RTS / FPS), driving with the windows down, writing (screenplays), creating computer art (photoshop).

I'd like to meet:

Networking: Indie Game Developers. Gamers. Artists. Historians. History Buffs. Mountain Bikers.
Friendship: Smart, but not snobby. Fun, but not stupid. ;)
Celebs: Barack Obama. YES WE CAN!!! YES WE CAN!!!

Harrison Ford - INDIANA JONES, bitch! Natalie Imbruglia - my goddess! Her first single: Torn (she was so hot when she had short hair!)
Anna Nalick: "Breathe (2 AM)"

Richard Dawkins, Author of "The God Delusion" and "The Blind Watchmaker":
Janeane Garofalo
Dchingis Khan! 1970s/80s German disco group. Hilarious video!!!
And now a random song for your enjoyment:
And my slideshow for everyone (you can find these images in my Photo Albums):

Music:

Lots of Electronica, mostly house and trance. Nickleback, 311, Something Corporate, A Perfect Circle, Death Cab for Cutie, Anna Nalick, Hawthorne Heights, Dave Matthews Band (old school, "Under the Table and Dreaming" album), U2, 30 Seconds to Mars, Our Lady Peace, Greenday (call me a pussy, but I like them now that they're more mainstream, so sue me), Natalie Imbruglia, Coldplay, American Rejects.
And really old school Russian shit: Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Dmitri Shostakovich, Piotr Tchaikovski, Sergei Prokofiev

Movies:

I like all kinds of movies (even well-produced chick flicks). Shawshank Redemption, Jarhead, Boogie Nights, Donnie Darko, V for Vendetta (pimp sh1t), The Lake House (chick flick alert!), 300, Gladiator (dick flick alert!), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Harry Potter Prisoner of Azkaban (the best HP movie so far). Children of Men (this was ROBBED at the Academy Awards!!!).

Modern Classics like: Jaws, Heathers, Aliens, National Lampoon's European Vacation, Terminator, Lethal Weapon.

Television:

Don't watch much TV. Not interactive enough (like, say, friends are). Law and Order is pretty cool though. "CHUNG! CHUNG!!"

Books:

"The Lies My Teacher Told Me" about the propaganda being taught to our children in History and Social Studies classes by our public schools. "How Not to Write a Screenplay" by Denny Flynn. "Gates of Fire" by Steven Pressfield about Spartans. "To Seek a Newer World" by Robert F. Kennedy about solving the socio-economic problems of the 20th century. "Century of the Wind" by Eduardo Galeano about the amazing history and fascinating people of North And South America of the 20th Century.

Heroes:

My mother - she raised 2 boys on her own. Leonidas I - Never say die. Aristides - for proving that justice can be blind. My high school percussion instructor, Neal Graham, who always believed in me. Last, but not least, my friends for being there for me.

The Stark Constrast Between Barack Obama and John McCain

Just like the 1970s and prior to the 1980 election, Americans feel beaten down. A decade of economic turmoil, war (and rhetoric promising more war), pessimism, and a campaign where his oppon...

John McCain and cynicism take to the extreme.

I don't think McCain's campaign is being overtly racist. However they are playing the cynicism card to the extreme. If that gets them a few more latent-racist votes, that's fine by them. It's the same...

Bronze Age myths

The wrong Experience vs. The right Experience

Face facts. We ALL have "experience". The Clinton's campaign slogan of "Experience" is just as full of air as Obama's slogan of "Hope". Hillary Clinton has passively prevented her First Lady records f...
