(Bonafide.Undeniable.Smash.Hits) / ANY THING WHERE THA BEAT IS CRACKIN n KNEES IS SMACKIN, THAT'S WHY THA G's KEEP STACKIN! isn't song association a bitch. i mean you hear one of your favorite songs and you pin point exactly where you were when you initially heard the joint. then you droop your head out of indifference or whatever current mood you are feeling at that moment you hear the song because you remember the person you were with when you first heard the song. why is it that songs can place you at exact locations and subconciously have your mind drift to better moments in the past when that song meant something due largely in part to the person you were sharing that song with. music is powerful. it can really make you evoke emotions, make you sad, excited, crunk or nostalgic as in my case. i have been getting hit up hard by music lately and i cannot shut it off because for some cathartic reason it actually heals me. past, present or future music will continue to fill a void in my life even if it means remembering lost moments in time that you wish you could reclaim, recapture or just explore again. songs are made for this reason... to be able to identify with a certain or narrowed situational circumstance. as nostalgic as it gets me i will never give up on her. music is great too. i will never give up on it either. mistamusic aka airry m holler
