Bassist & Producer.Biography : Peter Buch. Born Sept. 9, 1975. : Moved to Copenhagen in 1997 to attend the Danish Academy Of Music. Graduated in 2002. In 2003, he received an additional one year degree to teach bass at the advanced level. Buch has recently been invited back to the Danish Academy Of Music as a guest teacher. : Emerged on the Pop/Rock scene in 1998 with the band Wanderlust while playing in a myriad of up and coming bands. : Buch`s career has included extensive international touring, festival performances, television and radio appearances. He has garnered widespread critical acclaim touring with such celebrated acts as Safri Duo, Nik & Jay, Filur and many others. : Since 1997, Buch has recorded 5 band-related albums, and has appeared on countless tracks as a studio-musician for other artists. : Buch has honed his skills as a producer and songwriter through his work with the House duo Filur. However, it was while working with Spanish Fly, recording remixes and original tracks for pop/soul icons such as Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears, Anastasia, Adam F., Shaggy, Ace Of Base, Paulina Rubio, Eran DD that he came to prominence. Buch has also appeard on tracks by artists such as Nik & Jay, Joey Moe, Alex, Junior Senior, Schack and many others. Today Buch also produces music, Electro, Techno, Dub, Pop and R&B, in his own name. : Because of his professional attitude and his dedication to familiarizing himself with the sound, swing and style of the music he works with, Buch has become more and more in demand as a musician and as a producer.
