In all of my productions I always try to define my own style
and sound, sort of like a red ribbon that runs through all my
tracks making them unique and recognizable as mine.
Every Artist should have his own style, as well as when remixing and producing other genres. I don’t believe in selling out, just in order to produce anything that comes along with a fad. I want people to recognize my signature and go “hey that’s Peter!†when they hear a track. Gotta have balls and do your thing, be unique, not just one of the wankers in the crowd that will produce anything, as long as it sells.
Since 2006 I have cut down on producing other artists a bit, and want to concentrate more on working on Projects with people that get something done music wise themselves, and define themselves just like me, with their own special note. In other words real Artists!
Some productions of mine:
Ten Madison (Millennium Rec.) 7 successful chillout-LP´s
Peter Gun , 3 Albums "Pressure Point" and "Thicker than Blood"
and the new one "Friendly Fire".
Got great reviews in Magazines such as DJ Mag, Future Music, IDJ , M8…
was voted album of the month as well as best album of the review section in the mags.
Love It - Clubhit in 2006/07
His individual interpretation of progressive electro house doesn’t just come off positively in germany. International top DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, Timo Maas, Carl Cox, Sander Kleinenberg, Deep Dish or Seb Fontaine support the talented producer by playing his tracks. The British Press extols the "German Beatmaster" (DJ Magazine) and the English audience brims over with enthusiasm for his typical Progressive-club-sound, which he also performs preferably live/dj, with Ableton Live.., sending the party people off almost brainwashed with bass beating orgasms.
Whether as Peter Gun or Peter Juergens, Peter is known for his addictive, pumping groove and a good feeling for his audience, always loading the right track on the decks to shoot off at your mind and ears. These qualities have led Peter to play at Festivals such as: Fusion Festival, Akasha-Festival Melbourne, Polar-Night Mexico, Mayday 2006, (as producer of ZuHouse Rockers), Mayday 2007, Loveparade 2007…as well as national and international clubs in for instance.. Lisbon, Lithuania, Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Russia, Austria, Spain, Australia, Mexico, Israel ... and there will be more coming for sure.
You can find releases from Peter on these labels: Superstar Rec., Electribe, Mutekki, Sloope, Midijum, Drizzly, Millenium Rec., Bedrock, Ministry of Sound, Mauritius Rec., On A Mission, Sure Player, Urban Rec., Fourty-5-Records, Clubstar, Silly Spider,Black-Chrome, Four-Sense, Bliss Rec.
