About Me

I finally earned my Bachelor's Degree after taking 10 years and spanning 3 countries, 7 duty stations, 6 states, and numerous deployments! I'll be taking at least the next term off but after that, it's on to my Master's Degree.In addition to being on Active Duty, I'm a volunteer firefighter. I'm also a big sports nut. I love playing football, softball, volleyball, and basketball. I live for Sundays when the Packers are one.Although I'm originally from Green Bay, I haven't lived anywhere close to Wisconsin since I joined the Army (The cold weather sucks anyway). I've been assigned to 9 different duty stations all over the world: Korea, Holland, Italy, and throughout the U.S. Ft. Bragg, NC is now where I call home.

My Interests

Firefighting, playing and watching sports, working out, gaming, reading, refinishing wood furniture, and watching TV.

Muhammad Ali, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Monica Brant, Brett Favre (again), Bill O'Reilly, and Peyton Manning.

Music:

Anything except polka and jazz.

Movies:

The Shawshank Redemption is my all-time favorite! Band of Brothers, The Godfather, Platoon, Goodfellas, and...God help me... Top Gun. I guess it takes me back to the 80s.

Television:

Rescue Me, Lost, UFC, The Shield, C.S.I. Miami, Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Books:

Dan Brown, Steve Martini, and W.E.B. Griffin.

Heroes:

All of my fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, AND all of the military dependents who have to put up with our vagabond livestyles of deployments and PCSs.
