In late 2004 I Am Culprit was formed in the ashes of Ronnie's band Rainy Day Champion. Jake joined to play bass with Mason on drums and Ronnie on guitar. There was a new dynamic...Jake could sing his ass off. Jake then turned Ronnie from the whiny emo crooner that he was into the singer he is today. I Am Culprit was off and playing a lot of shows. There was something missing however....Kennedy.
With Mason gone from the band, Jake and Ronnie decided to get Kennedy to play drums. As soon as he played with them, they knew he was perfect for the job. Things quickly got underway. I Am Culprit is currently looking for a record label. They are working hard booking shows so they can meet more bands and make a lot of friends.
