I'm a happy, optimistic person who wants to make the most of life. My Interests

Hanging out with friends/family, bars/pubs/clubs, socialising, going to the gym, cinema/DVD's, football (yes, I'm a Newcastle Utd supporter - don't hold it against me! Away the lads! Toon Army!), meeting new people, music, oh and I want to travel the world one day!

I'd like to meet:

Nice people! Preferably not completely mental like the people I tend to naturally attract...! LOL! Got to have a sense of humour and be optimistic - life is too short to be miserable!!! I love meeting new people - I'll talk to anyone! Well, almost anyone...! LOL!

Music:

I'll listen to pretty much anything, and if I can shake my ass to it or sing along then that is even better! (I have a very diverse taste in music - from Sean Paul to Snow Patrol! Depends on my mood...!)

Movies:

Anything that can make me laugh, make me think or make me terrified!!!

Television:

CSI, After Life, Ricky Gervais, Little Britain, League of Gentlemen, The Catherine Tate Show, Desperate Housewives (when I'm in the mood for 'no concentration required' TV!!!), M.O.D (Match of the Day!) and SKY Sports - gotta watch the Toon Army in action!!!

Books:

I love psychology and real life stories - currently reading 'Jigsaw Man' by Paul Britton (forensic psychologist). Very graphic, very dark but very interesting. Blondes have brains too! LOL! I like autobiographies and real life stories as well.

Heroes:

My parents!!! I love them to bits and they've worked so hard to give my sister and I a fantastic life. Still happily married after almost 37 years and that alone makes them superheroes! They are my best friends as well as my mum and dad...Also, anyone who has overcome adversity, lived through tragedy, never given up - no matter how hard things have been, or risked their lives to save others. They are everyday heroes...
