Anythin with a heavy b-line! My one love is drum and bass but I'll listen to virtually anythin with a decent beat or clever lyrics. Different genres for different moods i suppose. Then theres Eminem, Dre, Cypress Hill, Dizzee Rascal, SWAY, Damien 'Junior Gong' Marley, the list goes on....
Movies:
Not a big movie fan but I prefer either comedy or somethin thats based on a true story. Its gotta be grippin right from the start and not be to much to follow or i loose interest. My top 5 are - 1 - The Shawshank Redemption 2 - Ace Ventura 2 : When nature calls 3 - Half Baked 4 - Saving Private Ryan 5 - BASEketball

UFC on bravo is a must, Gordan Ramsey makes me piss, and if I had to choose a soap it would be either Eastenders or Home and Away ( Bare gal in bikini's!)
