Mike Notaro

Parsley, I think it's a whale meow.

About Me

I use an analog reel-to-reel tape machine (Otari MX5050 MkIII) to capture sonic events. Everything from music to masturbation. Nothing sounds like tape.
* * *
I also use the wonderful recording facilities at Russian Recording in Nashville, Indiana. Digital recording, analog mixing. No "s".
* * *
I have a BS degree in something called Recording Arts from Indiana University. Science ruled by art. Art ruled by science. No bullshit.
* * *
I enforce live sound regularly at Uncle Festers, rock with my vocal/instrumental group Push-Pull, and roll the tape all from the epicenter of Tree City, Indiana. No jerks.

Estro Vapore

I got salvation in the porta-filter of my like new Estro Vapore espresso machine. You can see its cousin in the background, the Starbucks Barista.  I believe Estro is the original Italian company...
