About Me

So here's the long and the short, I'm a laid-back executive for a small production company. I don't have a yacht nor do I jet-set (but we can dare to dream!). I am working on getting my body back into fighting shape (does a three pack count?), and I like to hang out and have a good time without all of the drama that oh so often goes with hanging out and having a good time in LA (why, why, why I ask...).Life is too short to get caught up in all of the nonsense. My interests are as varied as, well as my interests; politics, art, science, fashion, music, et cetera. Still working on my first million, so I am clearly a work-in-progress -- trust me. Those who know me already, thanks for hanging in there. Those who don't, the ride is just about to start; fasten your seatbelts, please no talking during the main feature...

My Interests

Movies, politics, art, reading, small shiny objects, loose change, ice cubes, oxygen...the usual stuff.

I'd like to meet:

Attractive, sane, interesting, smart, single women...are there any near me???But seriously, I'd love to meet the kind of women that turns heads -- not only because she's a knockout, but because she's unique and wonderful. Looks are one thing...but inner beauty is forever.

Music:

Everything from The Beatles to Jay-Z, Black Sheep to Pearl Jams' Vitology. Recent purchases include Kanye West, Basement Jaxx, Jill Scott, Zero 7, Astrid Gilberto, the latest Head Kandi releases, Beastie Boys, The Police, Prince, Biggie, Sinatra, New Order, Billy Joel, Young MC...the classics of 20th century music.

Movies:

Goodfellas, Vertigo, The King of Comedy, Boogie Nights, Traffic, The Incredibles, The Matrix, Last Days of Disco, Blow, Old School, Dr. Strangelove, RoboCop, The Thin Red Line, Garden State, The Limey, Network, Dead Ringers, Escape From New York, Hustle and Flow, blah blah blah

Television:

Nip/Tuck, The King of Queens, Seinfeld, Best Week Ever, 60 Minutes, Hu$tle, The Apprentice, C-SPAN, Family Business, Howard Stern, Laguna Beach & The Hills (my two true guilty pleasures), Charlie Rose, that Larry King idiot...

Books:

The Great Gatsby, Bonfire of the Vanities, Shakespeare, anything by Philip K. Dick, and many, many, many more -- too many to list and more than Paris Hilton has ever seen. Name it and I've more than likely read it or heard of it....

Heroes:

My parents and assorted relatives, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Spike Lee, Hugh Hefner, Howard Stern, Gore Vidal, the common solider, Condi Rice (for putting up with working next to a certain assclown).

Dear TimeWarner Part 1
