About Me

I'm a timely timeless eccentric eclectic pagan humanist, if you need some attempt at labeling me. Intelligent, optimistic, caring, sensitive, intuitive, playful, adaptable, flexible, but subject to sudden moods and sometimes disoriented when shifting frequencies, and a free spirit questioning everything and always curious. Like most Cancers, I have to periodically withdraw and go inward to process and restore, or I can become vicious. What can I say? My favorite symbolism is "?!" I like to keep an open mind, so I put everything into question, including my own identity and basic beliefs! The scariest things I ever did were to ask, "Who am I really?" and, "What is my true heart's desire?"!
So after my former belief system crumbled along with all the other major parts of my life at 35, I attempted to construct my own fluid, evolvable, constantly growing "personal" philosophy /religion system that can adapt and grow as my understanding of truth continues to be informed. I don't mind being eclectic and borrowing the truth from everywhere I find it! Indeed that has been my fate. I don't necessarily recommend following it. I have respect for those scholarly and spiritual people who research, preserve and keep the various old ways. They have been of great benefit to me. But my path has been a coyote one, leading me through various changes of lifestyle, culture, language, mentality, survival skills and I simply keep integrating what I've learned into a holographic whole. I try to keep it light! But there's something about me that tends to catalyze a situation for digging up the underlying truth, especially emotional and primal truth and certain people have been uncomfortable with it..
I was born in Texas and my parents moved to the Bay Area in California when I was only 18 months at Christmas time in a converted army jeep with with 50 bucks in cash. At that time I sustained head injury and was forced temporarily with out being able to process verbal input and was pushed to go multi-dimensional to cope. I went to grade school in Sacramento, to high school on the Hoopa Indian Reservation in Humboldt County, two years of college in southern California and then volunteered during "Nam" but got sent to Germany where I married a Czech girl, got a european discharge after 3 years service, and lived and worked and integrated to the german language, culture and mentality for 21 years. I have a grown artistic daughter that left her home there to seek her fortune in L.A.
I've been married and divorced three times. I always keep learning and never give up! I earned well and did the rat race when my daughter was growing up, but for years now I've followed a spiritual path and lived on less visible means of support than many of you are comfortable with. George (my guide in central casting) has always helped me to find the right connections and I have been guided and guarded through my adventures. My thanks to my parents for doing the best they knew how. Daddy passed over in '92 and Mom prays for my soul every day of her life...
My thanks to Aphrodite, Odin, Tiger Lilly, Aliyaya and "the Team" for working with me personally for the redemption and healing of humanity. Thanks to my guide and familiar, the Raven, who is with me in the daily adventure of life. Thanks to my PC "Slipstream", a Pentium III upgraded to 256 and a large hard drive running on Linux - Xubuntu software. Thanks to my friend Mike who provides warmth and safety and puts up with me in his Sanctuary and Josh for the technical and software support. And thanks to the many people who have let their light shine in my life. Thanks to Mama Gaia for giving me this body and the opportunity to be present in the flesh! A unique opportunity in the whole marvelous universe!
I could write a book about the people who have tolerated and taught me along the way. My special thanks to Crone Priceless for investing so much into hard training for seven years and saving my life. And a special thanks to each and every one of you brave enough to be who you really are.
So I want to find out what I can still accomplish and experience, share with the rest of you along the way (I know we'll be led together at the right time), and have fun following the rest of a strange and sometimes difficult path filled with wonders that I often witnessed all alone!
What is a Pagan ?
"When one defines oneself as Pagan, it means she or he follows an earth or nature religion, one that sees the divine manifest in all creation. The cycles of nature are our holy days, the earth is our temple, its plants and creatures our partners and teachers. We worship a deity that is both male and female, a mother Goddess and father God, who together created all that is, was, or will be. We respect life, cherish the free will of sentient beings, and accept the sacredness of all creation." ~Edain McCoy
"Don't let what you can't do stop you from doing what you can do." ~John Wooden
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." ~Confucius
"A thousand words will not leave so deep an impression as one deed." ~Henrik Ibsen
"It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities." ~J.K. Rowling
"To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all." Oscar Wilde
"You don't get to choose how you're going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you're going to live. Now. ~Joan Baez
"When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us." ~Helen Keller
"We must be the change we wish to see." ~Gandhi
"This above all: to your own self be true." ~William Shakespeare
"Imagine." ~John Lennon
"Every day above ground is a good one. Everything else is a bonus." ~Kelton
"The legacy each of us leaves behind is not our material wealth, but the numerous ways we touch others in our world. The love we give, the stories we tell, the beauty we share." - April Patzer
"Catching yourself is the most fun you'll ever have!" - Crone Priceless
You can "dance" with the illusions of time and space, Kelton, choosing your "steps" based upon things and events as they now are, or you can dance with your dreams, choosing your "steps" based upon things and events as they will be.
And I bet you can guess which steps will perpetuate today's illusions, and which ones will change everything... ~The Universe
P.S. Kelton, daily, in some small way, dance with your dreams.

A japanese folk melody once brought me instantly to tears. I have really listened to and enjoyed all kinds of music at one time or another. I prefer live music to recorded. I once heard Art Blakley and The Jazz Messengers play in a cellar pub in Munich, Germany. In the middle of their performance he stopped and gave a short sermon about how the energy comes down goes out through the audience comes back to the stage and goes out again. I think we all understood. Then he sat and took his drumsticks and did what he did so well. A live performance by an Aborigine on the Digeriedoo was the most amazing thing I ever heard! Like a synthesizer blending seven different instruments together with no pause for his circular breathing technique! Support your local musicians!

Books:

THE FOUR AGREEMENTS
by Don Miquel Ruiz
Of all the books I've read, even though I owe so much to Barbara Hand Clow, Barbara Marciniak and Carlos Casteneda for seriously expanding my cosmology, this simple book, with four simple but very profound agreements, is the secret wisdom my grandparents were not able to give me. I guess if I would get my memory of all books erased and then could read one, this is the book that I wouldn't have wanted to miss.
I have practiced the four agreements now for about two years. I'm happier and have more fun than ever.
A few of the other books for which I'm very grateful:
Prayers And Meditations Of The Quero Apache by Linda Yraceburu, The Return Of The Bird Tribes by Ken Carey, The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams, The Fire From Within by Carlos Casteneda, Illusions by Richard Bach, Bringers Of The Dawn by Barbara Marciniak, The Secret Doctrine by Helena Blavatsky, Cosmic Memory by Rudolf Steiner, Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Mainenance by Robert Pirsig, Stranger In A Strange Land by Robert Heinlein, Living, Loving and Learning by Leo Buscaglia, Siddartha by Herman Hesse, Thoughts Are Things by Prentice Mulford, The Rites of Odin by Edward Fitch, The Twelfth Planet by Zecharia Sitchin, The Pleiadian Agenda by Barbara Hand Clow,King, Warrior, Magician, Lover, Rediscovering the Archetypes of the Mature Masculine by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette, The Book Of Lillith by Dr. Barbara Black Koltuv

Heroes:

Mother Theresa* (she knew she was god incarnate and worked miracles in the scope of hopelessness!), Crone Priceless whose investment in my life is immeasurable, Thomas Jefferson*, Helena Blavatsky*, Victor Revard*, Mike my friend, host and protector, Steve who has been a true leader in men's issues, Justin and Tim who serve us in Iraq, my Mom and Dad* who did their very best to send me into life!

(*Deceased)

Every girl, boy, woman or man who ever make the daring choice of love rather than fear in commitment to finishing their task!
