About Me

Jumpathug was a prominent thrash metal band around Sydney in the early 90s and for one reason or another the band came to a demise in 1993. Some members continued on in other bands with Anthony joining Grungeon and then Mortal Sin. Ted went onto to form the ill fated death metal band Eternal Hate, eventually retiring from the drum for full time guitar in hard rock band PAEN, who eventually became death/thrash metallers Aeturnus Dominion.

Band Members: George Cavill - Vocals, Anthony Hoffman - guitar, Rod Bakon - bass and Ted Foster - drums.
Influences: Slayer, Death Angel, Exodus, Anthrax & Kreator.
Sounds Like: Unfortunatelty time has had a adverse effect on the master tapes and as such there are several drop outs, tape hiss, etc throughout each song, some worse than others.Luckily though I transfered them to digital when I did as I don't think the tapes would have lasted much longer.
