I'm an 'old school' metal head (thrash/death/black) and have been with my high school sweetheart Leanne, since 1983. Together we have 6 offspring, with our eldest, making us grandparents in May 2007.
In Sept 2002 an unfortunate work accident resulted in the partial and permanent loss to 3 fingers on my right hand. This was (and still is) a life altering experience and has made tasks I took for granted, much more challenging to achieve.
I'm the founding member of Brutal Aussie Bastard Metal band, Aeturnus Dominion. Our first 2 CDs 'Semper Tyranis' and 'Psychotic' were released through the Grindhead Records label in 2006. The band has had constant line up issues since May 2007 and all goign well this is now a thing of the past. Recently my old band P.A.E.N reformed (after 7 years hiatus) and is a mixture of blues, hard rock and metal mashed together in a heavy rock formula.
I also enjoy sound engineering, web design, graphic arts and football (soccer) and a staunch supporter of the CC Mariners, AC Milan, Chelsea FC and I am a youth coach for the Killarney District Soccer Club and rep coach for the Central Coast Thunder. In rugby league I have been a loyal supporter of the Canterbury Bulldogs for over 37 years.
I am currently playing indoor soccer for the Sparta Marinators through the summer months to get fit so I can return to play in 2009 for one of the KDSC AA teams.
Time will wait for no-one, so grasp what you have and hold on tight, for tomorrow, it may be gone!
