About Me

I made my myspace layout using Pimp-My-Profile.com

I have had a fun career in corporate, agency and independent marketing since 1986. Work included WGCI AM/FM in Chi-town, Illinois; Chicago & Atlanta duty with Burrell Communications Group; 10 years of radio at WCLK-FM in Atlanta; managing national marketing and advertising accounts for The Home Depot, Verizon, BellSouth, AT&T Broadband, Dell, and EarthLink; Also trying to get that MBA in marketing from Clark Atlanta University. Did the undergrad at "The House," Morehouse College, '96 year of the Olympics. Witnessed The Olympics, NBA All-Star Game, and Super Bowl from the seat of ATL. Travel: The Caribbean, U.K., the Philippines, Canada, Korea, and...Other highlights:Event marketing on Labor Day Caribbean Carnival in BK, NY; Soul Beach Music Festival in Miami; and the Tom Joyner Fantastic Voyage on a caribbean cruise; Angie Stone concert in LA; P-Funk & Ohio Players in Grant Park, ATL; decent ratings on WCLK-FM from 1988 - 1998 with my partner in crime and business partner Ken Batie; Emceeing Incognito's 1st Atlanta concert; Community relations work and creating technology training and grants programs for seniors and kids; Managing international, multi-million dollar corporate marketing and external affairs programs; Getting a chance to have real conversations with people like Johnnie Cochran, Quincy Jones, Steve Harvey, Cathy Hughes, Jessie Jackson, Kwesi Mfume, and a host of other titans in industry.Mega props to GOD, my parents, wife, Seed 7, brother, mentors, nephews, nieces, little brothers, and my angels, my ancestors and my generations to come.At the end of the day, what drives me is intuitive success with marketing life, good ideas, products, creative talents, music, vis arts and concepts--and getting good response from consumers, listeners, etc.I created this site to further network and develop new marketing and distribution opportunities for artists, corporations, and (of course) myself. Let's all see what's next..... .. ....
