Grandkids and my kids, love'm to death. Military, law enforcement, computers, cameras and golf. Not necesarily in that order.
I've met many people in my life. Some were/are famous (what ever that is supposed to mean) but most were just hard working honest people. Then too as a policeman I met alot of not so honest people.
Dead people I'd like to meet: John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, Audey Murphy. All my relatives that have gone before me.
People alive: Both President Bush's, Condalesa Rice
Hope to meet Jesus and his Father
Man this video is so cool. Brings back all kinds of memories, what a rush..... Looks like it was at Ft. Bragg NC. I've got 20 jumps in my logbook, to include Jump Master school. Someone once asked how many night jumps I had. I told them that they were all night jumps cause my eyes were closed tight....

Like most any kind where I can understand the words and I can dance to it. If the singer has a good voice, then I don't need to see girls with little clothing doing the bump and grind. I like to see them, don't get me wrong, but on the radio or in my CD player, it's the music and the voice that sale the CD.
Great new group in Shelby area (Lincolnton) called Coast to Coast. Great beach sound... Have them in my "Friends" section. Check them out.

Love movies. Some of the best, "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Original Star Wars trilogy (don't really like the newest prequiles). Godfather 1 & 2, ET, all the John Wayne movies and Lone Ranger (original) TV shows. "Oh God !" with George Burns.
Too many channels. Makes me want to stay up flipping, flipping and flipping some more. I try to stick to the local stations and the HBO-Showtime channels when they have movies I haven't seen. Then TNT, and Classic movie channels for the older ones.
Have read and listened to thousands. Went through hundreds while truck driving listening to "books on tape". There was a series by Norman on a planet called Gore. Loved that series.
My parents. The soldiers I served with in Vietnam. All members of America's armed forces. Those brave young men and women in police cars, firetrucks and EMS ambulances.
