By our reuse of an existing structure we help revitalize an area of downtown. We implement a strategic recycling program, have a large bike rack, offer organic, trade-free coffee, free range eggs, use biodegradable packaging when possible, we implement a cistern to capture rainwater for landscape maintenance, we are powered with Windtricity ,and are in the process of becoming San Antonio's first and only Kosher
restaurant. We continue to grow and change constantly positive offering our costumers a wide range of new things from vegan pastry(kolaches,cookies,cakes,cupcakes) vegan lunchtime specials Mon.-Fri. and an almost full vegan menu. we are what vegetarians and vegans can enjoy.green will be a part of San Antonio’s transition from one of the fattest cities to one of the fittest cities. Our goal is to occupy a smaller footprint and be a more sustainable restaurant.
